THE CHALLENGE THE RESULTS THE OSTHOFF RESORT As The Osthoff Resort entered the summer travel season, they saw low repeat stays from guests who booked with them in the past—a challenge they experienced year aer year. One major hurdle they identified was they do not release their annual summer rates for the following year until the holiday season. Historically, this made it difficult for the property to effectively engage repeat visitors in a timely manner and fill in the summer travel season. With only 6-months until summer travel season, the property was challenged to fill in the time period effectively. $227,278 in pre-bookings for the 2016 summer season through online and call-center bookings associated with the Booking Reminder campaign.
