It's been more than a year since the implementation of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in Europe. But the regulations have had a huge effect on every organization that handles the data of anyone residing in the EU. The goal of the wide-sweeping GDPR regulation is to give consumers more transparency and control over how their data is used and stored, including the right to request their data be deleted.
